To setup, test and deliver the client’s audio-visual requirements alongside managing suppliers and overall event

EXECUTE | TEAR-DOWN
To co-ordinate with the suppliers and manage the running order to ensure a stress-free, memorable and successful event.
The Role Of Our Event Planners
DISCOVERY
Responsible for arranging the initial meeting to discuss client requirements and their vision of their Wedding and other events. This can be arranged either off site or at the venue as this will enable us to sketch a draft plan for the event.
PRE-PLANNING
Describe the item and include any relevant details. Click to edit the text. Accountable for the event, set goals and objectives for the event. Create a music template tailored to the client’s needs.
MANAGEMENT
Provide the overall delivery of the event by coordinating with your suppliers and liaising directly with the client and venue team.
PRE-EVENT & EVENT DAY
Coordination and cooperation of all teams to ensure shared knowledge regarding the event. To ensure that setup and testing has been completed within the agreed times.
